Law Offices s.r.o., registered office at Na květnice 713/7, 140 00 Prague 4, ID number: 01921789, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 213114, (hereinafter referred to as „Law office“), contain information related to the processing of personal data, which is entered and processed in particular in connection with the use of the possibility of entering a question by the user via a form on the website of the Law Office (hereinafter referred to as „User“).

The website of the Law Firm and the information published on it are not intended for persons under the age of 18.

The law firm declares that personal data is collected and further handled according to the rules below in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation“).

Personal data

Personal data is information that can clearly identify the User, e.g. first and last name, telephone number, postal or e-mail address, etc. The law firm only collects such personal data that the User knowingly makes available to it. E.g. data provided when filling out the contact form on the website of the Law Office.

Scope and purpose of personal data processing

The provision and subsequent processing of personal data within the website of the Advokátní office takes place only in the case of 1. entering a question by the User using the appropriate form within a certain publication (email address and content of the message/query) or in the case of 2. registering the User to subscribe to Advokátní Newsletters office (email address).

1. Entering a query or inquiry by the User: The primary purpose of personal data processing is to respond to the User's message/qu­estion, or processing his request; in this case, personal data is processed by the Law Office only for the purpose of sending a message/query by email to the address of the Law Office and sending a confirmation email to the User. Only in the event of an error in the process of sending a message/query to the Law Office or an error in the process of sending a confirmation to the User, the entered data will be recorded, and this data will then be kept for a reasonable time to resolve the problem.

2. User registration to subscribe to Newsletters: In the event that the User agrees to this by subscribing to the Newsletters, his personal data will also be used for the purpose of sending the Law Firm Newsletters, until the consent is revoked. In such a case, the legal basis for the processing of personal data will be the consent of the User.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is further the legitimate interests of the Law Firm (e.g. in the event that a contract for the provision of legal services is concluded between the Law Firm and the User, the personal data will be used for the purposes of fulfilling such contract.
